For those of you who make Indian food at home, or for that matter order Indian take-out, are you always left with extra sauce? Whenever my husband makes an Indian chicken dish with a sauce, we are always left with extra sauce. The other day I decided not to throw it out but to throw it in a bag and freeze it to use later. My thought was that the next time he would make something we could just throw that extra bit of sauce in.
Well today I was trying to figure out what to make for lunch for G and I and decided to use that sauce in a wrap! I cooked up some breaded chicken breast that I get in big bags at Costco. The I sliced up the chicken, put it into a tortilla wrap, sprinkled a little cheddar cheese on the top because cheese makes everything better and viola, a tasty lunch is served!
